What investors ask before the first call.

How is Investor Goals different from a regular buyers agent?
Most buyers agents are excellent at the acquisition leg — finding, negotiating, settling. We do that too, but we don't start there. We start with the strategy: what your portfolio should look like in five, ten, twenty years, and what the next purchase needs to do to get you there. The acquisition is the last step, not the first.
Do you only work with high-net-worth investors?
No. We work with investors at any portfolio stage — from the first investment property to the seventh. The structured-strategy approach is most valuable before the portfolio gets large, not after. The engagement does require a realistic intent to move on a purchase inside the next twelve months.
Which areas do you cover?
We help customers buy property Australia-wide. For investors, we work nationally — sourcing across all major Australian markets to fit your strategy. We also help with owner-occupier purchases in the North West Sydney area.
Do you take commissions or kickbacks from developers?
No. We don't sell off-the-plan stock, we don't take referral fees from developers, and we don't have a "preferred property list" we're trying to clear. Our fee comes from the client only — transparent, agreed upfront, and unrelated to the price of the property we settle on.
What happens on the first call?
Thirty to forty-five minutes, usually by phone or Zoom. We talk about what you actually want over the next ten to twenty years, your current position at a high level, and the gap between them. No portfolio review, no documents needed, no sales pitch. The call is free.
